My own experience, especiall with Win10, is that the built-in Microsoft disk utilities tend to be "flaky" - meaning, some times they work, sometimes they don't. Should there be something else than 0? Says working properly Driver Name: disk. ![]() ![]() When I hit right button on it's thumbnail, and go to "Initialise disk", GBT is selected, I hit ok, I get error message "The specified disk is not convertible because the size is less than the minunmum size required for GPT disks". Disk 0 shows as "Unknown", "Not Initialised". Disk 1 is ok and shows its status as "Basic". ![]() ![]() The thing is that when I go to disk management window, I fing Disk 0 and Disk 1. I have updated everything on the software side, problem persists.
